This program answers that age old graphics question: If I scaled artwork to x% and now I need it at y%, how much do I rescale the artwork?
For example you have scaled piece of artwork to 300% and now you need it at 125%, but it is too late for an "undo". Run the program and enter "300" in the first dialog that appears: "Currently scaled to". Next, enter the new desired scaling in the next dialog: "Desired % scaling".
The program responds with the message dialog "% to re-scale by:" and the answer 41.67.
Therefore: If you scale the 300% artwork by 41.67%, the result would be 125% of the original size.
